Before you call
It helps to have:
- The property address, so the right local contractor gets your request
- New wall, repair or replacement, and roughly how tall and long
- What's above the wall: lawn, parking, a driveway or the house
- Where water comes from: downspouts, the street or the hill above
- A few photos of the wall and the ground above it, if you can
